In this first episode, I tell a story of when I first heard the word, Empath 20 years ago. Though, I like most, felt I already knew what it meant to have empathy for someone. I realized I didn't have a clue when my friend shared with me her experience of Empathy one day when she was in church. Needless to say, it opened my eyes but it would be much later that I would learn I was an Empath too.
