Could it be your time to Follow Your Heart?

Could it be your time to Follow Your Heart?

IMAGINE THIS.

Jump ahead five, ten, even twenty years from now.  What do you see? What does life look like?  Does it get better, stay the same or does it get worse?

CONSIDER THIS.

The number 1 regret of those who were dying is:

“I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.”

from the book The Regrets of the Dying by Bronnie Ware

.

When you think about later in life what regrets your might have if you continue to put your dreams on hold.  ALL those desires your HEART wants you to make.  Taking into account that life is precious, a gift meant for living NOW…

Could it be time, right now, to Follow Your Heart to make those dreams & desires REAL?

If you are ready, I’m here to help you every step of the way.  Let’s bring that voice out from your heart and into the world.

Here’s what they are saying

What I enjoyed most about working with Susan was the spirited way she went about helping me draw myself out in order to talk about the issues I most wanted to address. Very unique and productive yet colorful and refreshing ways to attack a problem, emotion, habit that related to peace in the mind which I am forever working towards increasing. I felt I went progressively deeper into finding what I wanted to resolve, and some of the things that might be holding me back. The first sessions that I would consider stepping stones were extremely productive as well. The new “tasks” I created by working through my thoughts with Susan lightened my anxiety level, and they were simple. They were not overbearing which had always been my “show stopper” in the past.
Before I worked with Susan, I felt like I’d hit a brick wall for moving forward with my spirituality combined with feeling uplifted. I felt like I was starting to go backwards from mindfulness that I had spent a year extremely successfully working on gaining knowledge and habits in. Susan brought that light and ability to use it to feel positive and forward moving again as I worked with her. I felt uplifted…even when some of the sessions were not easy to process emotionally. When each session was done, I felt, “Ok…I can do this!”

I met Susan at a workshop, I liked her energy straight away so when we later talked about what she does for a job it got my interest. I was at a point in my life where I was really unsure in what to do with my career. With Susan as my life coach it really made me think about what I want and why that career path suits me and my values better. I really like the way she is able to make you feel things by simply asking the right questions. Her coaching is focused on speaking what first comes to her mind, what she feels about what you told her and that is a very special superpower. Working with Susan helped me understand myself better and she gave me tips that I can use throughout my life. Since working with Susan I have completely changed my career path and I feel totally comfortable with that decision! I truly believe everyone should work with a life coach at least once in their life and I would highly recommend Susan as she is just a wonderful person, kind, flexible and will never make you feel uncomfortable.

Susan is a wonderful person, and I like to have her as coach. She is very good at cheering me up in different situations, and there have been some unexpected not so nice ones recently. The biggest learning for me is self-love/respect I would say, which also increased my inner-confidence. To be in the moment and accept the current situation as it is, and from there work on it.
Sometimes I feel frustrated especially after being dismissed while being on sick leave, and then I worked with Susan and now I feel more confidence, and also the importance of keeping my values high, especially respect.
A specific result is my overall self-perception and that I can reach out to do anything I want despite age or anything else, and avoid negative people as good as I can, increasing my confidence and self-love.
I can highly recommend Susan as coach, as she creates a friendly and familiar atmosphere while coaching and helping you to tackle your issues.
I am from Austria and she is in the Netherlands, and we managed a good coaching so far on Skype despite some minor connection troubles :). In addition, the different nationality and native language were no problem at all. In fact, I think Susan can understand me in different ways better than other people do, as she also moved to another country and experienced some similar situations.
Thank you Susan!
